The 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport 454 is a muscle car that appears in all Xbox 360 titles of the Motorsport series and in all main Xbox One generation releases of the Forza series except Forza Horizon.
Description
"At the time, the 1970 Chevelle SS 454 had the optional (and now legendary) LS6 big-block V8. This engine was the most powerful offered by Chevrolet until the introduction of the 2006 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. The LS6 featured solid lifters, high compression/closed chamber heads, an aluminum intake manifold and a Holley 750-cfm carburetor (same size used in modern NASCAR engines). Other go fast options included a 12-bolt posi-traction rear end, 4.10 gears and a M-22 4-speed manual transmission. All these performance options resulted in a car that was brutally fast, and could easily dominate the local dragstrip right off the showroom floor. Perhaps the best way to sum up the Chevelle SS 454 is to reference a famous quote about the car:

"Chevelle means “bold and beautiful” – a well-chosen name for the mid-sized Chevy model that would garner three generations of production. Throughout its life cycle there was a Chevelle made for any buyer’s needs: coupes, sedans, convertibles, station wagons, even the El Camino. Brandishing the SS badge, and packing the potency of the big-block 454, this Chevelle would be Chevy’s entry in the American Muscle car market. In an era where going fast was a battle primarily fought at the drag strip (or stop light) rather that the road course, the SS-454 was a winning choice. Braking and turning take a back seat to this Chevelle’s bone-jarring acceleration, but handling is on par with other mid-size cars of the period. With the Cowl-Induction option, “You can make our tough one even tougher," stated a period brochure. Special Variants
The Horizon Edition is a special variant in Forza Horizon 3 that was rewarded to players during the Valentine's Day Forzathon event in February 2017 and Let Freedom Ring Forzathon event in July 2017. It is upgraded to class A and provides an XP boost.
The Forza Edition is the Forza Motorsport 7 equivalent of the Horizon Edition in the previous title. It is featured with a 25% CR boost and an additional 25% CR for driving 150 mph (241 km/h).
