Built with an unlimited budget, this car has some truly amazing features: full carbon fiber body work, a strengthened chassis, AP Racing brakes, Bride carbon fiber seat, HKS fuel cell, and the driver position is moved inline with the B-pillar to optimize weight distribution. However the highlight of this car is the amazing engine, a 2.3L Inline-4 4G63 built with custom HKS internals which virtually eliminate turbo lag. All this coupled with the Lancer Evolution's legendary AWD system makes this one of the fastest production-based cars in the world."
